Not signed PF Windrower form

Hi,

My wife was worked with Creative Global Services. in Call Centre. in New Mumbai.

she left this company before 1.5 year, but still they are not signed my wifes PF widrawal form.

What shoud i do to get my PF, OR any option to compalain against this company...?
