Since last 1-1/2 months zen stone mp3 player is not functioning (creative make) 2GB 500 songs model, due to inherent manufacturing defects, poor & sub-standered quality product is delivered, we are trying to get the RMA number but are unable to get it from the local distributor, (mumbai) the above product is in warranty upto 25-nov the product needs to be replaced and the warranty needs to be extended suitably. please replace the defective product immediately on priority basis and oblige
