Votor id card

I have regret to inform u that i have not received my voter id card Sofar... my self rajkumar miani s/o shri mohan lal maini... live in sham nagar. It's been one month to have fill up the voter id card form... i have submitted all the document as per recruitment. But still i have not received anything from their side... no one has come at my place for the inquiry . plz i truly request u to look into this case...
