card statement of March'08 was showing Rs. 1, 762.18 due at my side but I believe my actual expenses were Rs. 780.
I have some query regarding your statements which are as follows:
1. The story of escalated amount begins from month of Aug' 07 when your customer care executive offered me monthly insurance plan of premium Rs. 49/- but I never accepted that and lodge my complaint in the month of Oct' 07 or Nov' 07 against charges accrued in my statement but instead of solving my problem I was still receiving interest levied on that particular amount.
2. Again your customer care exe. offered me 5 yr. insurance plan of premium Rs. 3, 672 in the month of Nov' 07 and I accepted that offer in the month of Dec' 07 but as I was not present in the town so I made a request that I'll pay for that as soon as I'll come back then your company has send a collection agent on 7th De. 07 at my office and with due respect & committment I made payment but instead of favouring and considering my humble behaviour your company has started to give me unnecessary mental pain.
Your company has included 'check picking charges' in my account but no one has asked me for that & even informed me about the charges.
You can check my record, I always made my payments before due time period but inspite of those facts credit card statement was contniously coming with due interests and expenses which I never spent.
I have received opening balance of Rs. 550.49 in March' 08 statement, I asked to provide me break-up of that amount but no one entertained my request.
At last when no one listened my requests and complaints, I blocked my card and paid Rs. 780 on 21st March 08 against actual expenses incurred. That I paid after blocking my card.
I wrote SBI Cards on about the discripency on 20th March' 08 but no one has replied back till now.
Now, I that amount has reached to 6, 000 and your collection agent continously harrasing me mentally daily.
How could i pay for that which I have never spend?
Kindly solve my problem as early as possible.
