Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to bring your kind notice, there was a call on 30 th april from barcley regarding balance transfer to my other card.i have raised my request for the same .the balance transfer had been approved and DD will dispacthed with in 10 working days accrording to barcley exctuvie . but i havent recevied DD till yet. I have raiseed 2o request but nothing is happened. Your Representative attendt me for the BARCLAYCARD

request again & again till now. Pleae take note of my problem and help me
