Crdit card final settelment made but the saving account blocked

Sir,

Reference my credir card beaing no.4718630100129542 final settlement letter dated 16.10.2008 by for Rs.11800/- issued two cheque bearing no.865952 and 865953 each for Rs.5900.00 must be cleared, but my saving bank account no.131010100181143 you have show total outstanding amount of my card in this saving account.

so I would not activate the same account

Please remove the lien mark amount of the above mention card and informe to me as earlist possible
