My credit card no. is 4346 7710 0835 5313
Around 1.5 years ago, the credit card division withdrew a big amount from my bank account since payment was not made by me. O K, no problem.
The card was then blocked. Now, my name is under CIVIL because of this card. Not only this but but I have been told that I still have to pay around Rs . 5000, for this card.
I want to know that - i) When all the pament had been taken by the bank 1.5 years ago then why is my name under civil?
ii) Why do I have to pay Rs. 5000, to the bank for the last 1.5 years when the card was not in use by me?
I want the details of all transactions on this card .please make sure that I get it at my new address - 61 Amaltas (phase II), CHUNA BHATTI, KOLAR ROAD, Bhopal (MP).
If you fail to respond or do not give a satisfactory answer then I will sick posters against HDFC in the city, particularly near bank offices.
