Dear Sir,

With reference to your statement dated 6.3.2009 for visa Gold credit card customer ID 4477 4781 4315 9006 in the name of Rajendra kanodia. In this connection we would like to inform you that we had already surrender the card in four pieces on 10.11. 2008 which please note and the mail and letter for the same was already send to your office. But we are really surprise that your bank is without proper reason paying my mobile bill without my consent and debiting bogus late fees and interest in our account while we are also paying the same bill hence twice payment are being made on the same bill is 100% mistake and carelessness of your bank. However earlier we had already requested not to pay our bills of mobile as we are directly paying the same hence we are not liable to pay the amount to you but you made a payment of Rs.2330 to Reliance infocom on our behalf on 16.2.2009 while we also made the payment to them. Inspite of your mistake, we being a fair and honest customer we are enclosing a cheque of Rs.2330 for payment made by you to reliance infocom on our behalf by cheque no. 972582 dt. 5.4.2009 of SBI Arya Nagar Kanpur as full and final payment after this we shall not be liable for any payment made by you in future till further instructions while all the bills are paid by us in time and nothing is due from our part in the past except bogus charges are debited by you. Since behaviour of the bank is creating unnecessary demand and harrassment of reputed and professional customers, which is losing its own faith and trust level. You are requested to send your representative to collect the cheque with a letter of authorization. We had made complaint in your customer care but nothing was done which is also surprising and against corporate governance.

In this situation when we do not hold any card of ICICI Bank and the bank is illegally and bogus debiting our account why should we cooperate with the bank if no proper response is given we will give your complain to banking lokpal for harassment and raising bogus demand which were never due on us. We had already surrendered the card duly destroyed in four parts as per your norms for your record.

I am really sorry how the bank will able to maintain its creditability.

In this connection we would like to inform you that we had already surrender the card in four pieces on 10.11. 2008 which please note and the mail and letter for the same was already send to your office (copy of said letter is enclosed) for your kind persual. But we are really surprise that your bank is without proper reason debiting bogus late fees and interest in our account. Since behaviour of the bank is creating unnecessary demand and harrassment of reputed and professional customers, which has lost its own faith and trust level. You are requested to kind waive off the bogus charges on the card immediately.

In this situation when we do not hold any card of ICICI Bank and the bank is illegally and bogus debiting our account why should we cooperate with the bank if no proper response is given we will give your complain to banking lokpal for harassment and raising bogus demand which was never due on us.
