Non-printing of the photograph

18th April.

Reference your letter dated 11th April enclosing thereiwith the new credit card No.4477463689783013 valid thru 05/03 to 05/13. In the new card there is no photograph of the card holder is embosed as well as the signature of the card holder. This was there with the old card. Could you kindly give reasons for non-compliance. Is it possible to send me new card with my photograph and signature embosed on the card.
