I beg to state that I had submited amount Rupees 9000-00 in the month April as per your final settlement offer by Shree Ram tower in Lucknow branch the card broken by your branch same day. After April I had not taken any previledge on card no4006661036545775.

How the statement send to me after final settlement offer by your branch after full amount paid by me on same day through cheque?

Please close the the account against card and no due certificat sent to me.
