Non enrolement under PAS

I am gravely inconvenienced due to the response and action time of ICICI Bank's Credit Card department, especially because of the delay from your ICICI's employee Mr. Avinash Dubey (Debt Manager) who is pursuing the entire case.

I had received a letter ref # ICICIGUR/06001 dt. 03-06 for PAS scheme and I was instructed to get in touch with Mr. Avinash Dubey (Debt Manager) who sits in Sec-14, Gurgaon branch.

When I contacted Mr. Avinash Dubey for opting for PAS scheme he told me to deposit the cash of Rs. 23, 070.00 as the upfront payment to enrol for PAS and I did so, he promised me that he will get the things done for me and in 2 days time I will get a call from ICICI call centre for the confirmation of my enrolment in PAS, which has never happened till date even after more than 100 telephonic reminders and an email reminder (refer the trailing message). To add to my worries Mr. Avinash Dubey has stopped answering my calls.

Further to my surprise when I contacted the call centre on 27-07 and I was talking Mr. Mukesh I came to know that Mr. Avinash Dubey has never informed ICICI Bank for my enrolment in PAS scheme, whereas he was telling me that the delay was happening due to TECHNICAL PROBLEMS (does it really take ICICI Bank 40 days to act on technical problem) at ICICI bank's end. I just don't understand one simple thing that a customer is willing to pay the dues and you guys are not ready to take it and because of all this non-seriousness from Mr. Avinash Dubey your regular system is keep on charging me Finance Charges, late payment fee and other things. The worst thing is that my Savings account has been lien marked because of all this and my name is flashing in Bank's bad books.

I humbly request the concerned department's responsible officials to take an immediate action on this such that I can be saved from unnecessary hassles. And I would like to request one more thing that Bank should appoint people who can actually work with responsilbility not like Mr. Avinash Dubey.

Hope to get an answer this time from somebody from the concerned department because I am very much sure that Mr. Avinash Dubey is not going to respond to me.
