With reference to the above I have deposited cash for Rs.2000.00 on 09.07.2009 towards the purchase bills. You have charges Rs.110.30 as cash deposit charge in my account. Usually I am making the payment through auto debit with my ICICI Bank savings account. This is the first time I am making the payment by cash. Actually I am not ware of the cash payment fee for cash deposit. In this regard I humbly request you to waive off the said charges from my account.
