Dear Sir/Madam,
I Mr. Prakash Chandra Nayak Credit Card holder of ICICI Bank vide my card no.-4477466965502007. I have settlement this card in the month of SEPTEMBER'08 vide Settlement Letter NO-KOL-900-08-09-118 with full and final payment of Rs.51000/-. The bank has given me a settlement letter for closing but after crossing the 10 months the card not have settled. The Bank manager saying that it will close quickly in every month but it couldnot happened. I have already registered in customer care in every month but there is no any response from bank side.
After waiting long time i am no other option to find solution of my problem. Its hampered to my day to day life with mentally and phsycally harrasment.
Therefore request you to kindly take necessary action in this regard and find solution in this matter serisouly.
