The statement

I am Dr Shantanu Kumar, possesing the card number 5239511100044005. the statements provided to me from the ICICI bank Mall are never complete. I made a payment last month as per the latest statement provided to me from the ICICI Bank the Mall Kanpur but again this month the statement received shows a balance of 181 Rs . this hapened with the trasaction we made prior to this one where we paid Rs 1000 or 1500 as interest. this is simply not like ICICI way. the ICICI bank in kanpur (The Mall) need to be more customre friendly and transparent.
