Credit Card
After deducting amount from my saving account t he card is blocked

Dear Sir/madam,

I Mr. V.Ravi Babu Holding a credit card of your bank bearing no:4718630100053189. From last six months I was not getting the statement. Eventhough informed of change of address. But suddenly my saving account as been debited for an amount of Rs.21, 033.18 /- but now also my card is not activated. can I know the result of this and can my card be activated immediately.
