i have applied for credit card few weak before, i have received a call from your call centre and a message from your team in my mobile saying that i will receive the credit card within 21 working days my ref # 19030835584

i had called to customer care to ask the status about my application with ref # 19030835584 but there is no response, so if possible just sent me message about the status of my application and when will i receive the card
