Hi,

Ref to mail below, let me tell you that, it is absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for me that, as I have been using your credit card since 03 yrs also holding a savings account in your bank which is also very old, thus inspite of giving & updating my new residential correspondence address with you via E-mail which is stated below, May I know the reason, how did you send Blue Dart delivery boy to our Regional Head office in Dalhousie for delivery..? and the Blue dart delivery boy was quite reluctant to deliver the card there as I have been transfered to kolkata Airport..As self have spoken to one of your senior staff called Mr. Mukesh yesterday morning I was told there is no house number mentioned in the given address which is reallu absurd as there is no house no as such, May i know the reason that, how come other important docs are getting delivered to me at my residence address given herewith..
