Its about the wrong transection frm my account

Dear sir...

iam a user of axis bank (abh).before two month i have used my ATM card for 5000 rs.but the ATM machine give a cash of amount 3500 rs. when i have check my balance, its 5000 low.so 1500 rs extra charged frm my acount no.212010100099703. i have also given this complaint in written form to the respected branch, but bank do nothing for me.

so pls help me for solving my problem.
