I did not purchase any thing on 14th of this month but amount debited from my card please coside

I am mr R Keshamoni and my hsbc card no.4476929986178595 . sir thing is on 14 th of this month wrongly debited amount Rs 32, 5oo plus, how it is possible please consider and do needful to me. I did not purchase any thing, but there amount deducted from my card please take immediate action and do needful to me.
