I have made my payment based on your out sourced caller on 5th may'08 who send the executive to collect my credit total outstanding payment as per records as on 5th may'08. According to that I made a payment of Rs.10707/- through cheque vide no:926126, Dt.5th May'08, ICICI Bank cheque, Egmore Br. Chennai and received a payment receipt no.11536279, book no.230726, which is not presented in my a/c till date, my credit card no is 4317575024294010.
As far as my credit a/c is concern I have setteled the full and final payments, no dues to be paid to you, since it is your fault that not presented my credit a/c cheque.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
