Unjustified billing hence want to surrende

Sir,

I am a old subscriber. I paid dues regularly but your company charge penalty though i pay timely. Note my last cheque.my card no is 5543748087210370 and i paid cheque on 2/06/08 of Rs 6400/- which is excess amount than the dues and adjust all my credit with any penalty you charge. pl deactivate the card along with child card. And send me the bill i will pay the unjustified bill.
