I am receiving mails on my above e-mail address from your bank for outstanding amount of Rs 98754.76 against credit card. I would like to make it clear that I have never applied for any credit card nor I am in possession of such card, so how there can be any outstanding amount in my name.
Due to this, I am very much upset. You are requested to check your records and correct the same and withdraw this false claim immediately, otherwise, I will be left with no other alternative but to take legal action against your bank & I keep the right to claim compansation for this mental harrassment.
