Not geting Credit card and Customer Care Contact no is not working

Hey, I had been got my Credit Card pin before i month but till now i am not not geeting my Credit card .when i am calling on this no. 6724 2222, buth this no is permanentaly busy.

Pls help me on that subject its urgent.
