Complaint about ravi a verification person from mysore

I got a call from a person called ravi adressing himself as verification person from barclays around 12 pm and he was very rude in his way of talking, as a gentleman i am first informing your company and would like to know what action you would initeat against such rude induadles in the intrest of the company, after your reaction i am taking suitable steps about this issue.
