ON 2-10, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SBI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT THAT SOME WRONG TRANSACTION HAS BEEN MADE IN MY CARD AND MY CARD HAS BEEN BLOCKED AND IT WAS REQUESTED TO ME THAT KINDLY INFORMED IT TO CUSTOMER CARE ALSO.
MY QUESTION IS: IF SOME WRONG TRANSACTION ARE THERE AND IT HAS BEEN DIAGONSED BY THE DEPARTMENT ITSELF, THEN WHY THEY ARE NOT RECTIFYING IT.
BUT ON THEIR REQUEST I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ALSO REPLIED THAT IN MY ACCOUNT THERE ARE SOME WRONG TRANSACTION AND BLOCKED MY CARD ALSO WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT I WILL GET NEW CARD VERY SOON.
TILL DATE I DID NOT GET MY STATEMENT.
I AM TOTALLY UNAWARE THAT WHAT IS GOING ON
