Not getting of ''CREDIT CARD''

Dear sir, After the so many calls from your office I applied for CREDIT CARD.(S.NO. 7067205) Dt.27/06. Agency-EFFORT B.P.O. Ltd. B1/A12 Mohad Coprate, Sales Executive Name&-#039;'ADISHA'' I submitted all the required documents but I could not get my card till now. Please explain me why could not Iget my card. If I Am not eligible please return my documents. Thanks.
