Sir,

My Credit card # is 4054 5100 0534 3004. I have not received the TPIN and credit card statement of Account from the issue of the Credit card due to that I am unable to pay the amount for my actual purchases. Today on 26th April. Mr Yash of Citibank, Mathura Road Branch called me about the repayment of my credit card with late fees. I have explained the position/status that I have not received the TPIN and credit card statement of Account from the issue of the Credit card, so I will not pay the late fees, as per discussion with him, accordingly i am paying the principal amount of Rs.1955/- as full and final payment towards my credit card, and you will wave off the late fees.

Kindly do the needful and make my balance Zero (nil) in your records and send me the revised statement showing zero balance at my residential address given below.

Hope for a good response from Citi Bank.
