The Head Credit Card Divn. I felt very much humilated on receiving your letter dt 22-10-08 Serial no -1940, rejecting my application for reasons best known to you. Hoeever pl. note after pestering, chasing me at my residence, telephoning me at odd hours, by your illtrained personel kept at your branch doors, as an act of courtesy Iwas forced to apply for the same. Pl ensure that this kind of situations doesnt occurr to customers like me in future. For your information I do possess, credit card of bank far more reputable than yours. Also pl note before taking such whimsical situation that I possess a SB A/C, a C/A, and a NRI/NRE A/C. with your bank. You will be held solely respnsible if I am forced to close all of these by humilating and unnecessary harassing me. Pl. return all the documents which you have collected from me by luring me in offering a credit card imm.on receiving this e mail, failing which I will be compelled to take actions that may sour our relations.
