Credit card from ICICI
Consignment not yet received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received a consignment from ICICI bank (Airway Bill : 8056519634), got a call from ExpressIT courier man on 25th evening to confirm my availability but so far i have not received the consignment. Today I got a message to my hand phone from your Coimbatore office to contact. I also contacted and there we got a very worst response and speech. Kindly make necessary action to receive the same. Ever seen such a worst service in courier.
