With reference to your information submitted to the State Bank of India Secbad, wide control numbers 40, 60, 66, 18, 182 showing an enquiry was made on 30/11 by undisclosed member (company not named) for issuance of credit card for Rs 3, 00, 000.(three lacs).

Please note that i do not possess any credit card of any company including SBI. Therefore you are requested to delete this false information from your records forewith.
