Unfair outstanding balance of credit card

Dear Sir,

I Was using your cradit card No. 4476 9212 0611 7354

your executive told me about ad-on card that was free of charge & i applied for that after that i got a monthelly statement in which you had charged the charges for ad-on card, after that i stoped using credit card.

but still i am receving monthelly outstanding balance statement.

close my a/c Immediately other wise i will go for legal action.
