False transaction of credit card

Sir I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.

This company is transacted Rs2094/- from my credit card the latest being 5th Feb.

After being alerted by SMS from ICICI bank I cd know this.

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?

Else, please let me know by any way I can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities.
