False and wrong commitments by Barclay priority circle i.e making customers fool after taking Rs.5000 Service Tax

I am Barclay priority circle member that also they have made me by fraud and wrong commitments and informations, anyways, i accepted it after making complaints to Barclays 3 to 4 times, when they did not respond anything. After getting the membership, I got my travel trolley bag in 5 months after rigorous follow up and several telephone call.

I dropped my Holiday voucher (voucher no.672229) on 11th september in skype box located at SK0605, SHIVANI ENTERPRISES, No.594/2, 10th Main Road, Next To Miranda School, Jevan Bheema Nagar, Bangalore-560075. Voucher was booking of hotel either in darjeeling or gangtok for 09.12.2008 or 12.12.2008.

But till now, i did not get any information of this voucher either from your priority circle customer care of bangalore i.e. 080-41739811 and 60004444 or heritage holidays pvt ltd. after several telephone calls. I have already booked my Railway ticket for darjeeling and gangtok in anticipation that i will not get any trouble this time due to Barclay.

I made a call to 080-41739811 on 14.09. 16.09. 23.09. 30.09. 04.10. 11.10. 18.10.2008 and 24.10.2008. I wrote an e mail to [email protected] as well as [email protected] on 07.10.2008 but no reply so far.

On 04.10.2008 after making telephonic calls to 080-41739811, customer care executive told me that new vouchers will be given to you with new date and you will get it within 07 working days. But since today i.e. 25.10. this 07 working days are not yet over. Every customer care executive of priority circle is giving me the commitments of next 07 working days only and telling me to have a trust on them. I talked to Ms. Angel, Ms. Nivedita, Ms. moniks, Ms. Nisha, Ms. Neha, Ms. Archana but all was useless and loss of money for me for telephone charges.

Around four times, i have given the request for updating my mobile number. But till now, it is not updated either in priority circle.

I tried to talk to Mr. S V Narayan (Head Service - Retail Banking & Cards (India) at Barclaycard), but no body connected me to hom. The executive told me that he is not authorised to do so. Then why this phone number has been given in the website.

I request the people PLZ. DON'T USE BARCLAYS ANY OFFER AND PRODUCT IN INDIA.
