I Nawal Sabharwal born on 28-11-1962, having PAN No. AJMPS 3432 M, residing at 6-3-597/12, Venkataramana Colony, Khairatabad, Hyderabad 500 004, residence telephone No. 040-23377818 and my Office Address is 5-3-989, Sherza Estate Cellar, Nizam Shahi Road, Hyderabad 500 001 and the Office Telephone No. is 040-24613460.
I had used two Credit Cards mainly from HSBC and ICICI Bank Ltd.
I had contacted HSBC Bank on Rajbhavan Road, Hyderabad and informed them that I would like to pay my complete dues in my Credit Card No. 5548513502762446 and they informed me the total outstanding in the mentioned credit card amounts to Rs. 12910/- payable in cash before 12th February and the entire amount was paid on 9th February.
Similarly I had contacted ICICI Bank Ltd located at 5-9-2, JVL Towers, Saifabad, Hyderabad on 20th June and they informed me the total outstanding on my Credit Card No. 5176375202842004 amounts to Rs. 22534/- and the same has been paid on 20th June.
Also an outstanding amount is being reflected in regard to ICICI Bank Ltd. My Personal Loan A/c No. LPHYD00007513556 in the CIBIL Report, the same has been totally cleared and closed by paying Rs. 84677/- for which the Cash Receipt No. 003098366652, dt. 19th May is receieved. Also I have received the No Dues Certificate dt. 28th May.
Inspite of me paying 100% as per their demand these accounts are being shown as outright settlement in my CIBIL report. And this has dropped my credibility. Kindly verify from the above two mentioned banks and update my CIBIL Report as early as possible as I have paid my 100% dues to them. Awaiting for an favourable reply at the earliest.
