Removal Name from the defaulter's list from CIBIL

Dear Sir,

I have already applied for a personal loan from HDFC bank, but they told me that your name shows in defaulers list from CIBIL, But I have settled all the payments with ICICI, Standard & chartered bank & Amex. They also given me the NOC against all settlement, Now I badly in need of money for Rs. 1 Lakhs, Only problems comes for CIBIL List, Can you remove my name from the CIBIL List, I can produce all required document to your department. Settlement was done on 2006. Pls. help me for this, I required this loan for educational purpose. Pls. don't spoil my son's career.
