I bought two new hi- speed fans from one of the crompton greaves dealer in chennai and when the electrician fitted we found that there is no speed at all and in one fan there is no air rotation, immediately we saw the customer helpline number and dialled it but it was not in use and the we took the number from just dial services, we dialled the number and fount the person from crompton giving us other number and same thing happend when we dialled the next number and the third person gave the response after lot of troubles and said that within 2 days the service person will be visiting, but he didnt turned up after 2 days and we called again but we didnt get positive reply and this happened for 5 more days and after 7 days the service person came after lot of shouting and he analyze the pronlem and said that i am newly joined staff and i cant repair it u must bring it to service centre, i cant hope this kind of very bad service from a big company and when i called the service centre again they said that our person will come and collect the fan and for 10 days he didnt turned up so i called again and got the response that u should come and give the fan for repair.i was very fed up and the tortured in this process
tell me what should i do, i want my fans to be replaced new because it were bought new and the company says that u must bring we will repair . i dont expect this kind or service from a multicrore company like this.
