I bought 12 CFLs, 25 W, Spiral, of CROMPTON GREAVES from authorised
dealer M/s Vinus Electricals, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad in Sept. 2009.
Proof of purchase is available with me.
Within a span of one year 4 out of 12 CFLs fused. Since it were
guaranteed for one year, the dealer immediately replaced them. Now
two more CFLs have fused, that means 50% of the CFLs have fused within
a span of 14-15 months which I feel is a bad performance. Though I
could not claim for replacement of the 2 fused ones but it has
definitely compelled me to lodge a complaint with you.
