I am Parag Saha a resident of Atapara, nearSinthi more, Kolkaa-50 & I have recently purchased a new padestal fan (Crompton greaves) from Samrat electonics on 8/3/09 & after one month of use it started giving problem we have launched a complain at Samrat electronics (as per their instructions) on 24/4/09 but till date no service is available either from shop or company inspite of several phone calls.
Therefore requesting you to take necessary action against this matter & help us to get relif from this summer season.
