Crowne Plaza Hotel in New Delhi inititally would not allow me to cancel a room booking. After 2 long phone calls they agreed to cancel the room but to my surprise after a coupel weeks I found that they had treated me as a no-show and charged me as if I had stayed there anyway. Never book a room at the Crowne Plaza especially in DElhi.
