I bought two machines of crown tech which automatically fills up the watere tank and switches off the pump once the top tanks get filled and the same is the case with the underground wtaer tank. when I registered the complaint the engineer came and said he will do the repair or change the machine. Its been more than four weeks nobody came, despite my calling them consistently.
