Couldn't drink purified water as the water fileter inlead cap (inside the filetr) is broken. First complain lodge on 04th April'08. compain no - 86229640 or 84229640.
After repetative followup with the customer care represntative they didn't bother to attend the call till date (29 April '08).
Service Eng came down once (without knowing that I've lodged the complain) for AMC (annual maintenance) as I've purchased the crystal model on 15th April. And from him only I came to know that inlead cap is broken.
GOD knows how long they used to take to attend such a small complain. I'm having a small kid in my house also. Totally helpless inspite of repetative follow-up with them.
