I bought a LG air conditioner for my shop 3 years back. after my purchase, the service was prompt and satisfactory. I renewed the service contract after every year called ANC. My service centre is kannur, kerala. When I called the customer care, they says within 24 hours service man will come. The service from Kannur side is really very bad. Now, I fed up with the phone calls. Its now more than 1 month, my air conditioner is not cooling at all. LG company is LB Life is Bad) for me. I dont want to recomment LG product for my family and friends any more.
