The old customer asset company was brought by the icici group and renamed as First Source solutions. So the old employees had karnataka PF till the time the company was called customer asset.
My Karnatak PF KN/24621/219 had been submitted for withdrawal by my company on the 18th of July and was rejected on the 9th of September. However the rejected form has not reached me or my office. So we do not know the reason for rejection.
The enquiry line No 08022279130 is either busy or out of order all the time.
Kindly let me know the reason for the rejection of the same so that I can complete the required formalities and re- submit.
