Dear Sir,

I have lost my credit card in the month of Feb & i blocked it immediately. as i was having one protection plus policy on my card & paying 99 rs every month after loosing my card i also cancle that policy (cancelation no. 102257705). but even after 2 months they did not cancle dat policy when i called them again they told me sorry we can not cancle talk to ICICI Lombart department. when i spokek to them they told me there is no policy on your name. they are misleading me & also charging late fee to on my bill. please help me out..
