I had purchased 2 year subscription of Daily Bhaskar by paying Rs. 349/- in Oct.2007. It was promised that paper delivery shall start in Nov.2007 and a gift item of Rs. 205/- shall be paid. Papar delivery started in Jan and promised Gift has not been given so far despite repeated reminders and E-mail to the paper. This tentamount to cheating of public at large.
