Hai,

I am Mr. R P selvam of DLRT and my CUG mobile No Is 9940009336. I was existing with the GPRS activation while on chennai, I frequently moving chennai to mumbai, the existing GPRS is not activating in Mumbai while on roaming, the complaints lodged to your CCE were went on vein, My mobile Model is SAMSUNG - SGH D780. the report I get while activating is Error - network unavailable. kindly do the needful
