Non Receipt amount

AP/HYD/37600/140 – Provident fund Claim

With reference to the subject cited and reference given above, in Hyderabad. I left job due to my health reasons on 15.11.2009 & subsequently submitted my PF claim on 25.01.2010 (Receipt of Claim papers attached). But till date I have not received the amount in my account (State Bank of Hyderabad Bank – SB Account Number 00000062011859027,). It is 1 Year period completed since submission of my claim and still I have not received the claim amount.

I have already confirmed with the banker for non-receipt of the amount.

I request your good selves to intervene in this matter and kindly do the needful
