My central bank of india credit card 5414451209508005 debited twice with rupees 1000 each on 21/07 at 22.19hours and 22.29 hours but my tataphoton plus data card number 9246416693 was not credited with the amount. the order numbers are 43517079 and 43517726. please see that my credit card is credited with rupees 2000 being the online fail transaction amount.
