I have a Reliance Datacard for which the payment due date was 23rd October'09, whereas i have made the one week before the due date at the Reliance Showroom at 100ft Rd, Velachery. But the person who is incharge of the collection of cheque did not enter the same in their register and did not enter our payments until 27th October'09. When we went to ask him the status of the cheque made, he slowly takes out his register and says that he forgot to do and was also busy with other work. We asked him the delay is from your end, but we would be penalised of late payment. Let us know as to how to sort the issue. He had the adocity to say if you want you come and pay here otherwise go and complaint to any damn person, i am least bit bothered and they cannot do anything. I will submit the cheque only today if time permits and will instruct the dept not to levy late payment charges. But today (11.11.09) i was surprised to see my bill with late payment charges. Who has to be charged. I made a complaint of the same to the customer care. on 27th October09. Customer complaint no: 112084683. the lady who took the complaint said the manager will call and sort the issue within 48hrs. But until today, i have not recvd any call but i am surprised when i called the customer service to check the status of my complaint they say that it has been resolved. How cd it be resolved... God only knows the answer to this question. In case of any unsatisfactory response, pls call Mr. Boban C Mathew, and the number :044-30353432 is always busy (24/7). I dont know whether the Number exists or not. On the whole i made a mistake of taking the reliance data card.
