Non receipt of materail

Sir,

One parcel has been moved via Tracking Number CP151436248cn from Shanghai for Wazirpur, Delhi-52 nearby 10.10.2009.

But till today we did not get this material and also we don't find any contact number here in Delhi for this services to talk about our consignment.

My shipper said that the consignment is in Custom Department in Mumbai.

Kindly look into the matter and let me know when we can get this material
